  This studio has the nicest students. They are very friendly and make new people feel welcome. The teachers are excellent and kind. They will give modifications if you are in pain or are very tight. The studio is bright and cheerful. There are always essential oils in the diffuser creating a very calming environment. If you love Bikram yoga this is the place to go. The instructors are knowledgeable and focus on proper alignment and encourage students to build their foundation before attempting advanced postures. I love this studio.
